Correct. E Street actually began as a Partridge side project.

Saw Bruce and the E Street Band a bunch of times. While I can't say I went on tour with them, I saw a whole bunch of shows, travelled many,many miles and was lucky enough to see some INCRDIBLE shows. Easily the next best thing to a Dead show that I could find! I was lucky enough to see Clarence play with The Boss, The Dead and JGB.

Those tunes will never sound the same without him. Rest in peace Clarence, you will be missed!!!
